Something important I want to share with you...I’m a little nervous hitting send!

Hi there,
I have something important to share with you today.
And I will be honest. I feel a little nervous hitting send.
I have spent the last week wondering how to write this first email.
I feel underprepared and a little shy.
For the last year I have been building MyWellbeing The App.
It is now live in the app/play stores.
Seeing it there feels surreal.
After all the work, imposter syndrome whispered in the background… but I took a few deep breaths and got through it.
For twenty years, women have sat with me in circles, classes and workshops and said:
“I am so tired.”
“I have lost myself.”
“I am too busy.”
“I am wrecked.”
“I just want to feel like me again.”
And the one I will never forget: “I feel like a walking head.”
These words have stayed with me because I felt them too.
Somewhere between motherhood and work and caring for family…
Between fluctuating hormones and responsibilities and the pace of life…
We disconnect from ourselves.
We keep going.
We push through.
We live with our nervous systems switched on.
High alert.
Shallow breath.
Tight bodies.
So I built something to meet you exactly where you are.
MyWellbeing The App.
A pocket sized sanctuary for your mind and your body and your heart and your soul.
Short simple practices to stretch and strengthen.
A place to breathe and settle.
A calm anchor to return to again and again.
If you have ever left one of my classes thinking “I needed that so much,” this app gives you more of that whenever you need it.
🌿 A soft launch for my community
This is a quiet launch for the women who know me.
The women who have practiced with me.
Moved with me.
Breathed with me.
Women who understand the intention behind this work.
The full launch will come in Spring 2026.
Between now and then I will be adding new content each week.
There is already a solid foundation inside the app, including a growing library of Video On Demand classes pulled from 5 years of our online classes.
And now that the app is live I will be adding short movement practices, mindfulness sessions, meditations, seasonal rituals and live Magic Sister Circles.
I would love you to watch me build this from the inside out.
