I have spaces available in my Active Birth workshop, taking place Friday 06.02.26 or 27.03.26,  1.30-5.30pm.

This is the very best birth preparation you can do. A grounded, supportive session to help you feel informed, prepared and confident for birth. Learn positions, breathing and pain relief techniques. Partners are very welcome.
